I'm 68 years old, very focused on my health, and committed to staying as healthy as I can possibly be as I age. I work very closely with my doctor. I get many tests to make sure everything is optimized with my body. We make adjustments and I use suggested treatments based on what the tests show us. I also consult my doctor when issues arise, when I have questions about supplements, health, wellness and "biohacking" devices, etc. That's great and I appreciate my doctor very much.
